The Friends of the Orthodox, Inc. (a/k/a Foto) was created by Julianna Agoritsas in 2019. The organization was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware and is also licensed in the State of Florida. Julianna currently serves as Foto’s President and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Foto is a tax-deductible non-profit organization. It received the coveted Federal income tax exemption as a 501(c)(3) charitable, religious and educational organization.
The purpose of this non-profit organization is to provide any and all assistance to groups and entities organized under the Eastern Orthodox Christian faith. Currently, Foto has proved financial support to St. Paul Orthodox Church in Naples. They have provided to the Church much needed and scarce cleaning supplies worth hundreds of dollars since this current Covid epidemic. The Corporation is also engaged in helping not for profit corporations providing charitable services to residents of Naples. Donations have been made to various food banks, including Harry Chapin Food Bank and also to, the Pregnancy Resource Center in Naples.
Foto was an active participant in a local Farmer’s Market until the current pandemic shut the Market. Foto has joined with a major importer of products from Greece and carries olives and olive oils that are of supreme quality. Their products are outstanding and only available from Foto.
The Company looks forward to participation in the Farmer’s Market for 20-21 season as it has developed a growing group of faithful followers.
Currently, many of their products are offered after the Divine Liturgy at St. Paul.
