2023 Stewardship Letter

Dear Beloved of Christ,

We are humbled, with our hearts full of gratitude, at the Lord’s outpouring of Divine grace upon our simple, but increasingly vibrant, Saint Paul Church.

For each one of us, and our families, this beautiful parish has become a safe

haven of protection against the evil days we live in, a spiritual hospital for our healing, and an absolute ARK for the storm tossed. Preserving The Faith “once delivered unto the saints” (Jude 1:3) is at the core of our parish life.

Take a moment and consider the outpouring of love and generosity shown to Saint Paul Church this past year. Tears fill our eyes describing the fruit of such Stewardship. Through the sharing of your Time, Talent, and Treasure, our faithful attendance at ALL services has improved beautifully, we have no shortage of day-to-day participation and help, countless baptisms, thirsty souls becoming Catechumens preparing for holy illumination, and the great multitude of children have absolutely “supercharged” our humble parish.

Glory to God for all things!

Of course, we understand that the Christian life requires a synergetic relationship with Christ. We do our part and the Lord does His.

Showing your commitment to the Living God as a steward, is a Christian witness to the truth that everything belongs to God and we have nothing of our own. In addition, sacrificial financial support is a testament of your love for His Church through this parish — it is faith in action!

“But do not forget to do good and to share,

for with such sacrifices God is well pleased” (Hebrews 13:16)

The Lord Himself has given in great abundance to our parish, which is why we are flourishing.  However, the more we have been given, the more is required of us.

While we are grateful for your continued generosity, love, and support, walk with us in responding to the Lord’s blessings with appreciation and honor in 2023 by completing the 2023 Stewardship form.

While every faithful bit helps, give lovingly and sacrificially. If your circumstances change, your commitment amount can too – no pressure. It is all confidential.

By completing the 2023 Stewardship form, with the understanding that you are a baptized Orthodox Christian in “good standing”, you will become a Voting Member of Saint Paul Church. This will also help your Parish Council plan and care for all with which God has entrusted us.

A voting member in “good standing” is any baptized Orthodox Christian, 18 years or older, living according to the Orthodox Christian faith and discipline, and who has subscribed to the temporal maintenance of this parish through their time, treasure, and talent.

A few ways to become a Voting Member of the parish:

Yours in Christ,
